Erika Barger, PT, DPT, PCS is a board-certified pediatric physical therapist specializing in helping children move, play, and thrive. Based in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Erika offers both in-person and virtual therapy sessions tailored to your child’s needs and environment. Whether it’s in your home, at a local playground, pool, community park, on the soccer field, or in a dance studio, she meets families wherever is most comfortable and convenient.

Erika also provides small group sessions for children working on similar motor skills, creating a collaborative, motivating space where kids can learn and grow together.

In addition to serving families in Steamboat, Erika occasionally travels to Silverthorne and Vail for in-person initial evaluations. Virtual sessions are available to families throughout Colorado.

Help Your Baby Move

Support your child’s gross motor development through fun, purposeful movement. Whether your baby is working on tummy time, rolling, crawling, sitting independently, standing, or walking, Erika is here to help.

Suggested Ages: 0-3 Years Old

Help Your Child Participate in Gymnastics

Help your child participate in gymnastics with confidence. These small-group classes (4–5 students) are designed to provide more individualized attention and support. Classes are tailored for kids with disabilities and focus on building skills in a positive, encouraging environment.

Suggested Ages: 6-14 Years Old

Help Your Child With Sport Specific Exercises

Help your child build strength, confidence, and skill through sport-specific training and age-appropriate weight lifting. Whether it’s soccer, ballet, skiing, snowboarding, lacrosse, swimming, or learning to weight lift for the first time, Erika provides customized training to meet your child’s unique needs.
